Exercise 1: A total of 8 rings are placed on the floor in two rows in a row. In front of it, a starting cone is placed, behind which the players line up. No more than 5-8 players per station. Exercise 2: 12 cross-shaped rings are placed on the floor. The middle remains free and is occupied by the starting player. The rest of the players are behind the starting cone. No more than 3-5 players per station.
Exercise 1: The player doas one-leg jumps on oh his footpad with the right foot in the first left ring, then with the left foot in the first right ring, with the right foot in the second left ring etc. The second round starts with the left foot in the first right ring. Each side is played four times. Exercise 2: The player stands in the middle and jumps from there first with the left foot into ring a of ring row 1, then in b and c, back again in b and a and from there back into the middle. There he lands on the right foot and also jumps right into ring a of ring row 2. There he does the same jump sequence as in 1, only with the right foot. From the center, he then starts with ring row 3 on the left foot and ends with ring row 4 on the right foot. A total of 10 repetitions with the shortest possible ground contact time. The player changes after each round.
