Exercise 1: A total of 8 rings are placed on the ground in pairs, one behind the other. A starting cone is set up in front of them, behind which the players line up. No more than 5-8 players per station. Exercise 2: A total of 12 rings are placed on the ground in a cross formation. The centre is left empty and is occupied by the starting player. The remaining players stand behind the starting cone. No more than 3-5 players per station.
Procedure
Exercise 1: The player makes single-leg hops on the balls of the feet with the right foot into the first left ring, then with the left foot into the first right ring, with the right foot into the second left ring, etc. The second round starts with the left foot into the first right ring. Four times on each side. Exercise 2: The player stands in the centre and first jumps with the left foot into ring a of ring row 1, then into b and c, back into b and a, and from there back to the centre. There the player lands on the right foot and continues jumping with the right foot into ring a of ring row 2. The same jumping sequence is performed as in row 1, but with the right foot. From the centre, the player then starts with ring row 3 and the left foot, and finishes with ring row 4 and the right foot. A total of 10 repetitions with the shortest possible ground contact time. The player switches after each round.
