Tip
Jump high: Wide, space-covering single-leg jumps. Alternating from the left to the right ball of the foot. Both legs are bent. The arms swing in the opposite running motion. The upper body is upright. The goal is to push off high and far and stay in the air as long as possible. - Jump far (triple jump): Takeoff and landing are only on the balls of the feet. The goal is to jump as far as possible, not as high as possible. The upper body is relatively upright during the jumps with a slight hollow back. It is also slightly tilted toward the takeoff side. The arms support the jumps by swinging dynamically. - Lateral offset jumps (skier jump/movement): With the upper body slightly leaning forward, the player jumps laterally forward alternately with the right and left leg (right leg forward-right, left leg forward-left). It is important that takeoff and landing are on the balls of the feet. The arms swing supportively. When the standing leg lands after the jump, the other leg is bent (no ground contact). Eyes look straight ahead. - Tuck jumps: Through a powerful two-footed jump, the knees/thighs are pulled toward the chest. The arms are bent and go into the wind-up motion. The upper body is upright. Landing is on the balls of the feet. After a short ground contact time, the next jump follows immediately.
