One pass takes about 10 seconds. The number of players is unlimited. Two cones can mark the start and end.
The right leg is angled upwards in the maximally highest angular position. The left (bent) arm also moves upwards. The left leg is almost straight. The player stands on the footpad. If the pad of the right foot touches the ground, the same sequence of movements follows with the left. The upper body is upright. Short ground contact time, top speed.
