Tip

5 pole(s), 5 hurdle(s), 1 full-court goal(s), Knees up => the right leg is bent at the highest possible angle. The left (bent) arm does the same in an upward movement. The left leg is almost stretched out. The player stands on the balls of his feet. He places the ball of his right foot on the ground and does the same sequence of movements with the left. The upper-body is upright. Little ground contact, high speed.\n- Just before the trainer touches the ball the goalkeeper does a small jump with both legs or takes a small step forward, spreads his arms out to the side, bends his knees slightly and stands on the balls of his feet. His feet should point in the direction of the trainer and are about hip-width apart, upper-body bent slightly forward and eyes remain fixed on the ball.\n- His body must always be behind the ball in the defence position.\n-In the defence position the goalkeeper must never fall backwards, but only forwards.\n-Side-shifted jumps (ski jump/movements-) => with a slightly forward-leaning upper-body alternate jumping diagonally forwards with the right and left leg (with the right leg jump forward to the right, and to the left with the left leg) Here it
