Transportable weights are used for training on the field and functional weights such as Medicine balls needed. Medicine balls / weights of different weights would be ideal.
Using the example of training with a medicine ball: The players lie down with their backs flat on the floor. You tense your abdominal muscles and try to lie completely on the floor with your spine. You bend your legs, the soles of your feet are parallel to the ground. You place the smallest / lightest of the existing medicine balls on the soles of your feet and now stretch your legs upwards. It should be done as many repetitions until the maximum state of exhaustion is reached. Then the next heavy medicine ball is taken. This continues until only one repetition is possible. This exercise can be optimally trained in a weight room on the leg press. Deuserbands are also ideal for the training ground. Here the resistance can be determined individually, e.g. by e.g. double lays. The exercise can also be performed with one leg to vary / intensify the load.
- The player sits in the leg press with his clothes on and pushes his legs upwards. - He supports himself on the side with his hands or holds on. - The movement can vary between slow and explosive.
