Lifting the ball behind the standing leg

Setup

Construction of a square cone or in the open field.

Procedure

The ball is in front of the player. This stands in step position. The player plays the ball back with the right inside / sole of the foot, places his right foot on the left front (lunge to the left) and takes the ball up into the air with the inside / full span of the left supporting leg. 1 - Pull the ball back with the right inner side / sole of the foot 2 - The left leg is angled upwards towards the ball 3 - Pull / play the ball with the left inner side / full instep upwards

Tip

- The technique should be performed in one quick, fluid motion. - The upper body is upright. - The right leg is bent. - The left standing leg is first extended and goes into a slightly angled position during the execution. - 4 cones
