Each player has a ball. Construction of a square cone or in free space.
The player stands upright with their feet about 10 centimeters apart. He spreads his feet slightly apart (heels are close together). The ball lies between your feet. Now he jerks his feet together (the feet slide under the ball). By quickly bringing the feet together, the ball receives an upward impulse and is carried into the air.
- The ball must stay close to the body so that it can be processed (e.g. juggling) immediately after it has been raised. - The view goes to the ball, the upper body is therefore slightly bent forward. - The toes are drawn up. - 4 cones
