Each player has a ball. Construction of a square cone or free space.
The ball is in front of the player. The player stands in step position. With his right foot, either with the inside, the heel or the sole, he plays the ball backwards towards the standing leg. He lets the ball roll onto his instep, lifting his foot so that the ball is lifted into the air in a controlled manner. 1 - Pull the ball backwards with the right sole 2 - With the left instep under the ball 3 - Use the instep to lift the ball upwards 4 - Use the instep to play the ball upwards
- The ball must stay close to the body so that it can be processed further immediately after it has been lifted up (e.g. juggling) - The view goes to the ball, the upper body is therefore slightly bent forward - 4 cones
