The movement should copy the movement of an old locomotive. The foot goes over the ball and the player fakes backheeling the ball. The player reduces speed. Instead of backheeling the ball, the player flicks the ball with the laces in the original direction and rapidly increases tempo (sprint). The player should attempt to outwit his opponent through the change of speed and body swerve.
Tip
- Practice slowly at first and then increase speed. - Quick, fluid movements with the leg/foot. - Bend leg 90 degrees.
