One bar and one hurdle are set up 1.5-2 meters apart for each station. For each station, 3-6 players line up in front of the first bar and a goal cone goal is set up. A pass player stands in this. In front of the goal cone goal, a goal is built into which a goalkeeper positions.
The player climbs onto the first bar, jumps to the ground with both feet and immediately jumps over the hurdle with the shortest possible contact time with the ground (a short contact). With the right footpad he lands and immediately pushes himself forward and sprints across the finish line. If he pushes himself with the right foot, the left foot goes forward into the crotch position. Now it is crucial that even after this landing, the contact time with the ground is very short and the player expresses himself with the footpads. From the acceleration, the player directly passes the ball that the passer has passed and takes the back pass with him in the running movement and starts speed dribbling towards the cone gate, dribbles around the right cone and shoots at the goal. Alternative: - Feint in front of the cone goal - duel against the passing player. The starting height of the bar should be between 30 - 50 centimeters. The hurdle is a maximum of 20 - 30 centimeters high.
- Fast, short movements. - Short contact with the ground. - Keep your balance on the footpads. - The sprint is started in step position on the footpads. At the beginning, the upper body is bent far forward, the center of gravity is at waist level, the view goes down. After pressing hard on the footpads, the upper body is gradually raised, the gaze rises and the cadence increases. The arms are actively moved alternately with the leg movement (if the right leg goes forward, the left arm goes forward and vice versa). After the first 3-4 steps on the bfootpads, the entire foot is rolled off (heel-> sole-> footpad), the upper body is upright and calm, the step frequency increases to the maximum. - The one-leg jump (also the two-leg jump) serves to develop the impression force (increase in the maximum and explosive force with a limited push-off time), that is, the speed of the start. It jumps forward from the right ball of the foot and lands on the ball with the same foot. Brief contact with the ground with an explosive sprint. The left foot moves forward. - The knees are slightly bent thanks to a powerful, two-legged jump. The arms are angled in the outward movement. The upper body is upright. It lands on the footpads. - The ball should be carried with a contact. - Tight ball control. - When performing the feint, pay attention to the correct execution timing (start of the feint at approx. 1-2 m distance in front of the opponent). Attacking behavior: - Tight ball control. Accelerate immediately at start dribbling and dribble at high speed towards the opponent. - Either, favored by the high speed, simply put the ball past the opponent or use a feint. Defensive behavior: - Attack the ball owner as quickly as possible. - Take the pace 2-3 meters beforehand and position yourself laterally offset. - Push the dribbler aside and try to slow down the pace of the offensive player. - Try to turn your shoulder in the opponent. - The goal is to end the duel with a ball win. - Precise, sharp goal shot, if possible in the corners. - 1 small field goal (s), 2 cones, 1 hurdle (s), 1 large field goal (s)
