Tip

- The goalkeeper should stay upright as long as possible, spread the arms, and position the feet at shoulder width. - Run out of the goal quickly at the start. Slow down the tempo just before the coach. - Just before the shot, the goalkeeper makes a small two-footed hop or a short step forward, spreads the arms to the sides, slightly bends the knees, and stands on the balls of the feet. The feet point toward the shooter and are about hip-width apart, the upper body leans slightly forward, and the eyes fix on the ball. - After the save, he must immediately get back up and into a backward run. - If he fails to catch the ball, he must push it over the crossbar or to the side with one arm. - 1 full-size goal(s)
