Setup

The goalkeeper trainer/outfield player positions himself with the ball about 16-22 meters away from the goal. The goalkeeper is in goal.

Procedure

The goalkeeper trainer/outfield player dribbles the ball towards the goalkeeper and tries to outplay him. The goalkeeper must try to prevent a goal and take the ball by skilfully defending the goal. Resource: 1 field goal

Tip

1 full-court goal(s), The goalkeeper trainer/outfield players should vary his dribbling and speed as often as possible. This means that he dribbles the ball at different speeds and uses different tricks such as scissor, goal tricks etc. Goalkeeper tasks:\n- Stay upright for as long as possible, arms spread out and feet shoulder-width apart. \n- Reduce the angle for the goalkeeper trainer by quickly coming off your line. Reduce speed or stand still about 2-3 meters in front of the goalkeeper and move softly on the balls of your feet.\n- Don
