Setup
- 3 yellow cones
- 3 red cones
- 1 goal
- 1 ball per round
Procedure
- Players divide into two groups and line up behind their respective cones.
- The goalkeeper kicks off or throws the ball to one of the groups.
- The first player from the group receiving the ball becomes the attacker, while the first player from the other group becomes the defender.
- Both players dribble through their cones and aim to score a goal.
- Later, the drill is performed with two players from each group, who attack and defend using appropriate movements and passes.
Tip
Coaching Points:
- Encourage competitive intensity.
- Focus on dribbling technique and control.
- Emphasize defensive positioning and timing of tackles.
- Promote quick decision-making in attack.
