Procedure
One-twos in a triangle 4 to 6 players, 1 ball Running paths: A to Cone II, B to Cone III, and C to Cone I, etc. A plays a one-two with B and then passes diagonally to C. C plays a one-two with B and passes diagonally to Cone II (Player A), who then passes to D, etc. Positions are rotated clockwise! Then after half the time: Direction change! Two players always stand at the starting cone. Coaching points: - Come a step toward the ball - Technically clean execution when passing - After the lay-off, immediately sprint around the cone n (get away in the defender's blind spot like in a real game) - Increase tempo
