One-Twos Through the Cone Gates

Setup

Set up a cone square with several small cone gates inside. Assign players to pairs. One ball per pair.

Procedure

The pairs play one-twos through the cone gates. The team with the most goals wins. A goal counts when both players have cleanly played the one-two through the cone gate. The same gate may not be used twice in a row.

Tip

- Quick, precise passing. - Players must constantly reorient in the space and continuously approach new cone gates. - Focus on close ball control from the players. - 14 cones
