Tip

The ball is dribbled at the highest speed. - The pass is made sharply in the path of the player awaiting the ball. - The player waiting for the ball makes a short countermovement as soon as the passer starts the hollowing movement and then starts into the ball. - The ball taking and taking should be a fluid movement. Avoid bouncing off the ball too far or picking it up and taking it away from the straight path. - All ball-related exercises should be practiced with both the right and the left foot. - 4 cones
