Player B passes the ball longline through the cone goal into the path of player A and attacks him, while his defensive behavior is being passive. A plays a one-two with C, runs through the cone goal and takes the ball with him in motion and dribbles to the opposite cone. B takes the position of C, C takes the position of A and B takes the position of A. Now player D plays the opening pass to player B and the same process continues in the other direction.
- The ball is dribbled at the highest speed. - The pass is made sharply in the path of the player waiting for the ball. - The player waiting for the ball makes a short countermovement as soon as the passer starts the hollowing movement and then sprints into the ball. - The ball acceptance and further movement should be a fluid movement.
