Three teams of five are formed. On the half-way line 5 against 3 is played with two goals. A second goal is placed on the half-way line. When two of the three teams are playing against each other, the third team stands behind the attacking team
Procedure
Team A begins with all 5 players against 3 players from team B (the two missing players from B have a break level with the half-way line and to the side of the playing field or as shown in the diagram next to the side of the goal. They take part in the game as soon as their team goes into attack). After the end of the attack, or if team B dribbles the ball over the half-way line after winning possession, all 5 players from team B play against 3 defenders from team B. Now the teams rotate constantly in this order. The defensive line is a back three and the attackers should play in a 1-2-2-formation when possible.
Tip
2 cones, 2 full-court goal(s), - The focus of this sequence of play lies on 1) the quick switch from defense to attack and 2) the training of outnumbered/outnumbering plays.\n- In attack constant movement, talking with each other, and a quick and precise passing game are stipulated.
