Partner coordination exercise with ball

Setup

2 players face each other at a distance of 6 m to 10 m.

Procedure

1. The players throw the ball to each other simultaneously. Tip: One throws the ball underhand and the other overhand, or both throw the ball from the side (one left, one right). 2. Throw the ball, clap once before catching. 3. Throw the ball, clap once and then touch the right thigh with the right hand, catch. 4. Throw the ball, clap once, then touch the right thigh with the right hand, then touch the left thigh with the left hand, catch. 5. Throw the ball, clap once, then touch the right thigh with the right hand, then touch the left thigh with the left hand, and clap once, catch. 6. Throw the ball, then make a full turn and catch the ball. 7. One player has the ball at his feet, the other player holds a ball in his hands. The player with the ball in his hands throws it up and catches it again. While the ball is in the air, the other player passes the ball with his foot, which must be passed back before catching the thrown ball. Tip: Do not watch the thrown ball, but focus on the passed ball, pass it back, and then look at the thrown ball again.
