Construction of a goal and two starting (A + B) - and two orientation cones (I + II) according to the drawing. The players distribute themselves evenly with balls to the two starting cones placed on the right and left of the goal.
The player A starts with a pass towards the orientation cone II. At the moment of his kick-out movement, player B starts a sprint to the cap II, in order to reach the ball before it passes the cone. Player B walks around the cone and shoots the ball out of the run. Then, the next player in Group B matches the ball towards cone I, where the next player in Group A tries to shoot the ball before passing cone I on the goal. After each shot, the opening group changes.
- Make sure that the shot on goal is trained with right and left. - Pay attention to correct posture during shooting: Upper body over the ball; Leg about 30- 40 cm laterally offset to the ball, foot points in the direction of firing; Arms swing; the arm closest to the firing leg will move the leg out, the other will move forward; the look is focused on the ball at the moment of the shot. - Different shooting techniques (inside kick, thrust, twirl, etc.) can be practiced (if required by the trainer). - In order to avoid delays and too long waiting times, the next opening pass is played immediately after the shot on goal. - Passing players have to develop a very good timing for the pass speed, as the pass recipient must be able to reach the ball before the respective orientation cone. The same applies to the pass recipient. He has to adjust his starting time and his speed to the speed of the ball so that he reaches to the ball before it has passed the cone. - 4 cones, 1 large field goal (s)
