  • Training Set Main point
  • Number of Players 1 - 5 players, 6 - 9 players, 10-15 players

Setup

  • 4 cones
  • 2 coordination ladders

Procedure

  • Player A with the ball starts and dribbles through his cone course. Player B, positioned opposite, starts slightly delayed and crosses the coordination ladder with quick, short steps, offering himself for a one-two pass.
  • Simultaneously, Player C moves laterally, also crosses his coordination ladder with quick, short steps, and offers himself for a pass from Player A.
  • Player A passes to Player C, who then directly plays it to Player B, who has made an overlapping run into an outside position.
  • Player B, if possible, passes directly and low across the goal to the far post for a finishing shot, where Players A and C have made their runs.

Tip

  • Start the drill slowly and gradually increase the pace.
  • Adjust intensity to age group and level.
