Passing, Coordination, and Sprint

  • Age U6 - U13, U14 - U19, Men's / Women's

  • Number of Players 1 - 5 players, 6 - 9 players, 10-15 players

Setup

  • Three cones
  • Two flagpoles
  • Three small hurdles

Procedure

  • A passes next to the left flagpole to B
  • B taps back to A with their right foot
  • A passes next to the right flagpole to B
  • B taps back to A with their left foot
  • After several repetitions, the coach shouts "Go", and B sprints to the small hurdles
  • B jumps over the hurdles with both feet
  • B sprints through the small cone gate

Tip

Coaching Points:

  • Play the ball back with pressure
  • Accelerate with short, powerful steps
  • Proper arm movement
  • Gradually straighten up and increase stride length with increasing speed (knee lift)
