Setup
- 4 poles
- 1 ball per round
- 6 cones
- 9 small hurdles
- Position A should be occupied by at least two players, preferably more
Procedure
- The exercise starts with player A.
- A plays a long ball to B and heads towards the poles, which he navigates sideways.
- B makes a pass to the approaching C, who has made a preliminary movement, and then sprints to overlap player D.
- C passes to the approaching player D.
- D dribbles briefly and plays a pass into the path of B.
- B dribbles to the end line, plays a long ball back to position A, and over the small hurdles.
- Position Change: A -> D B -> A C -> B D -> C

Coaching Points
- Adjust the pace according to the players.
- Quality of passes is very important.
