Passing Drill: Turn - Clap

Setup

Procedure

The drill starts on the goal baseline with a pass to player 2. Here, command "Clap!" is given! Player 2 claps the ball back to player 1. While player 2 initiates a movement, player 1 passes the ball back to player 2. During this time, player 3 moves into the respective space and demands player 2 to turn with the command "Turn!" Now, the pass is delivered to player 3 in stride, who then seeks a quick shot on goal. Players move to their next positions after their pass.

Competition can be introduced by counting the number of goals scored.

Tip

The goal of this exercise is to promote passing with proper communication. Additionally, a competitive shooting element is added here for motivation and competition.
