Construction of a goal and six cones according to the drawing. Starting position A is occupied twice. The balls are also there. The remaining cones are occupied by one player each.
Player A begins the exercise with a diagonal pass on player B, which briefly bounces the ball towards player C. C plays a diagonal pass on player D, which in turn briefly hits it towards E. The player E then finally plays the ball inside around the player D in the path of A, who takes the ball and shoots on goal. The positions are swapped clockwise. As soon as each player has fired and the starting position has been reached, the exercise is carried out again, but this time counterclockwise.
- The respective pass recipient makes a short counter-movement as soon as the pass-giver begins the hollow movement. - The passes should always be played towards the strong foot. - The ball receving and take-along should be a smooth movement. Bouncing the ball too far or taking it in and taking it away from the straight path should be avoided. - Player B starts his sprint as soon as E starts to move. - Ensure correct posture when shooting: upper body over the ball; Leg about 30- 40 cm laterally offset to the ball, foot points in the direction of firing; Arms swing with; the arm that is closest to the weft leg follows the movement of the leg, the other is brought forward; the gaze is on the ball at the moment of the shot. - Different shooting techniques (inside kick, turnbuckle, twirling, etc.) can be practiced (possibly on the instructions of the trainer). - 2 mini goal (s), 12 cones
