Player A passes diagonally to C, who lets him into the path of B. Player B forwards the ball into the path of A. A takes the ball with him in tempo dribbling and goes to player D's station. Then the same pass sequence in the other direction.
- The ball is dribbled at the highest speed. - The pass is made sharply in the path of the player waiting for the ball. - The player waiting for the ball makes a short countermovement as soon as the passer starts the hollowing movement and then starts into the ball. - The ball acceptance and further movement should be a fluid movement. Avoid bouncing off the ball too far or picking it up and taking it away from the straight path. - All ball-related exercises should be practiced with both the right and the left foot. - 4 cones
