Passing Game | Using Tennis Balls

Setup

  • Divide into pairs.
  • Each pair has 1 ball and 2 tennis balls.

Procedure

  1. Exercise: Passing game - One player holds both tennis balls, throws them in the air, and catches them again. Then, they handle the return pass from their partner.
  2. Exercise: Passing game - One player holds both tennis balls, throws them in the air, claps their hands together, and then catches the balls again. Then, they handle the return pass from their partner.
  3. Exercise: Passing game - One player holds both tennis balls, crosses their hands, throws the balls in the air, and catches them again. Then, they handle the return pass from their partner.

Tip

  • Ensure that the tennis balls are thrown high enough and that the passing game is not affected.
  • Passes should be executed with precision and firmness despite the "distractions".
