Passing game with flanks and goal version IV

  • Age U6 - U13, U14 - U19
  • Training Set Main point
  • Number of Players 6 - 9 players

Setup

Construction of a cone square as shown. Each cone is occupied by one player. Three additional players are placed as following: Two players to the side of the 16 and one player to the side of the goal on the baseline. (1) Shot on goal (2) Cruising

Procedure

Player A plays a diagonal pass on player C. The player bounces the ball to player D, who then plays a diagonal pass to player B. Player B passes to A and he serves player C. As soon as player C finishes the goal, player B starts in the 16, he crosses with the repositioning player C and expects either: a) a flank from G b) an edge from E and c) a return pass from F to recycle. After that, all players move one station further.

Tip

- The ball expecting player always takes a step back in a dynamic jump movement and then takes the ball in the move. - Pass sharp, accurate and shallow. - When bouncing, lift the foot slightly. - Right start timing when cruising. - The flanks and return pass should be played sharply. - 4 cones, 1 large field goal (s)
