- A square is set up with four cones.
- Two cones are double-occupied.
The passing sequence is always the same: The ball-carrying player passes to the next teammate, who comes toward the ball.
The teammate lets the ball bounce back, runs around the cone, and receives the give-and-go. He then plays to the next player.
The players always move one cone station further after their second pass.
However, a simultaneous start with two balls takes place. The two diagonally opposite starting positions must therefore each be double-occupied.
- The ball-expecting player starts his counter-movement simultaneously with the passer's backswing.
- The wall passer must adjust his running speed to the pass speed.
- Do not place the plant foot too far from the ball and make sure the players do not lean backward.
- Pass timing and start timing are decisive.
- Often the players run faster than they pass.
- Demand pass sharpness and accuracy.
