  • Age U14 - U19, Men's / Women's
  • Training Set Progression
  • Number of Players 6 - 9 players, 10-15 players, 16-22+ players

Setup

• 6 cones to form two opposing triangle setups

Procedure

Place at least two players with a ball at diagonally opposite positions A. One player at each of the remaining positions. Players C stand in an open position facing player B. Both players A start their task simultaneously. A passes to B with the command "Clap," and B immediately passes back to A. A then performs a touch and turn forward, passing with the second touch to the rear foot of C. At their discretion, they coach C with "Clap" or "Turn." With "Clap," C passes directly back to B, who then passes to the second player A of the other cone triangle. With "Turn," C performs a touch and turn backward, also passing to the second player A of the other cone triangle. A switches to B, B to C, and C to A of the other cone triangle.

Tip

  • Change direction halfway through the time.
  • After the "Clap" command, B does not immediately move to C but waits until A has given the command to C and then moves from depth.
