Setup

Two boxes, one large and one small. A player starts at each cone. The start cone has two players and the ball.

Procedure

The passing starts with a diagonal ball. The receiver lays the ball off to the player opposite to him. This player passed the ball out of the inner box. These three variations are continuously repeated. Each player follows his pass. Variation: Start with maximum 3 touches, then two, then one. When the drill is flowing, a second ball can be introduced. Start at the same time at cones A + B. 10 players are necessary in this variation because of the 2 balls. Two players start at each of the start cones (i.e. A + B). Now the players have to concentrate on the other ball in order to keep the rhythm and
