A large square and a small square inside it are set up. One player stands at each cone; the starting cone is double-occupied and equipped with a ball.
The passing game opens with a diagonal pass. The player expecting the ball lets it bounce to the player standing opposite him. This player passes the ball from the middle square deep to the outside. These three passing variations are constantly repeated. Each player follows his pass and positions himself at the cone he passed to. Alternative: First with a maximum of three touches, then with two touches, and finally direct play. When the exercise is mastered, a second ball can be introduced. Both start simultaneously at Cone A and Cone B. In this variation, 10 players are necessary due to the 2 balls. Two players stand at each starting cone (A+B). Now the players must also watch the other ball to maintain an even rhythm and spacing.
- When the exercise is first played with two touches (receiving + pass), the foot positioning when stopping and passing the ball should be corrected. - The ball-expecting player always takes a step back in a dynamic jumping motion and then takes a step toward the ball. - Play passes sharply, accurately, and low. - When letting the ball bounce, slightly raise the foot. - 8 cones
