A small square is built up with 8 cones in a large square. A player positions himself at each cone. Two players each position themselves on the outer cones. The players at the starting cone have a ball.
The four players marked with the different colors start the given pass and run routes at the same time. Each player plays a double pass to the opposite player and then tries to dribble to the other side in his rectangle after having controlled the ball and thereby overcome the opponent. Constant change. After the offensive action, the attacker becomes a defensive player and the defensive player takes over the attacker's tasks. Variants: 2 against 1 2 against 2
- This passing and dribbling game is very intensive. - The fitting timing and start timing is crucial. - Often the players run faster than they can. - Demand sharpness and accuracy of fit. - Ball acceptance and removal are ball contact. - Keep the dribble speed high. - Defensive duel (capturing the ball is the top priority! Do not shoot the ball away.) - Positioning the body in such a way that the opponent is pushed outwards away from the goal. Seal the way to the baseline. Stand to one side, offer side; lure the opponent to where you want him; then push the body in between to capture the ball. - Stand on the footpads, not your whole foot. - Try to slow down the opponent's pace. (This way, time should be gained for the other defenders in the game.) - Offensive duel If possible, approach the opponent at the highest speed. At a slow pace, try using a body fake. - 8 cones
