Passing with variations in pass and movement Variation II

Setup

Three cone goals are laid out as shown. Two or more players stand at the starting cones and middle cones. one player stands at the cone nearest to the goal.

Procedure

A starts with a pass (1) to B whose first movement is towards A. B lays the ball off to A (2) in space and then moves after passing the ball. A passes to C with one touch (3) who passes with one touch to B in space (4). B passes to D (5). A runs to the middle cone and B takes up the positon form D. C stays at the middle cone. B joins the start cone with D after hgis three runs etc The same combination of passes then begins again with D. C takes over the trhee runs from B and A takes over the roll from C.

Tip

3 cones, - The exercise requires lots of running and a large amount of inteligence.\n- The payers will need a certain amount of time until they have managed to memorise the movements.\n- The strength and precision of the pass are important.\n- Precision is more important than speed.\n- Concentration must be held at all times.\n- Communication is continuously important.\n- Anticipation, awareness, reaction, speed of movement with and without the ball are regularly tested.\n- Practise of rehearsed phases of play.\n
