Set up three cones as shown. The middle cone and starting cone with the ball are double occupied, with one player at the upper cone.
A begins with a pass (1) to B, whose first running path is toward player A. Then B lets (2) the ball bounce into A's run and immediately breaks free after the layoff. A passes (3) directly to C, who plays directly (4) into B's run. B passes (5) to D. A runs to the middle cone after his pass, where C stays. B positions himself at the lower cone with player D after his three running paths. Then the same passing sequence follows as described, starting from player D. C now takes over B's three running paths and A takes on C's previous role.
