A playing field is marked out with cones. A cone gate is built on each of the four sides. Two teams of four players each are formed. Enough balls are stored on each field to guarantee a fast game flow. A goal is placed near the field and a goalkeeper positiones into it. The target time is between 2-4 minutes and after the game the penalty must be shot directly.
The two teams play two minutes 4 against 4 on four small cone goals. Each team has to defend two cone goals. Immediately after the game form, each player must shoot a penalty. Each player has a maximum of 5-10 seconds, i.e. he has to shoot against the goalkeeper under time pressure. The penalties scored count as goals to the score. After the penalty has been taken, the teams go back on the field and play again 4 vs. 4 for two minutes, whereby the players who missed the penalty are not allowed to play the first minute and their team may now be outnumber. After that, however, all four players of each team shoot a penalty, etc.
