In one half of the field 6 cone squares are built up according to the graphic. 2 players go into each of these cones. The players of two cone squares together form a group, so that three groups are formed (red A1 - A4; blue B1 - B4 and yellow C1 - C4). There is a goalkeeper in the goal, the balls are distributed to the cone squares.
The exercise consists of a sequence of goalkeeping games and group passes. Always a team of 2 from each group of 4 alludes to the goalkeeper. The goalkeeper controls the ball and passes it on to the other team in the group. A player on this team accepts the ball, passes it to his partner in the same cone field, who then passes it back with a long pass to the partner group that previously played the ball on the goalkeeper. As soon as the goalkeeper has checked and passed the ball on, the next group starts by playing towards the goalkeeper. The groups allude to the goalkeeper in the following order: red - blue - yellow. The process is as follows: A2 fits the TW, it plays a long ball to A4, it bounces to A3. A3 strikes a long ball to A1. B1 suits the TW, throws a long ball to B3, which bounces to B4. B4 plays a long ball to B2. C1 fits the TW, it plays a long flying ball as a drop kick to C3, it bounces to C4. C4 fits a long ball to C2. After each round, the players can change positions within their groups of two, so that one player always alternately passes and accepts.
