A field is marked out with cones. A cone goal is built on both sides of the field. 12 field players position themselves according to the graphic on the edge of the field. The red players have a ball. To mark the approach line, a cap is placed on the side lines.
The red player A1 sprints to the starting line, ticks off and runs free. At this moment, player A2 plays the ball into his path. At the same time, two blue defensive players start to attack A1 and A2. The offensive player tries to turn towards the conegoal of the blue team and to score with his partner. If the balue team takes possession of the ball, they can lock on the opposite goal. If the ball goes out or the duel lasts longer than 30 seconds, it is over and the next two players start. After 3 minutes the groups change positions and thus the right to attack also changes. Both teams count their goals. A goal only counts if the ball goes flat and without touching the cone. Alternative: - A blue player passes the ball to A, he moves towards B with speed and two other players per team join in the action.
