Procedure

The team with numerical advantage focuses on ball possession. The team with fewer players tries to immediately shoot at one of the two goals after winning the ball.

Tip

Coaching Points:

  • Numerical advantage team: expand the field when in possession of the ball.
  • After losing the ball, immediately narrow the space, put pressure on the ball carrier, and create numerical superiority near the ball.
