Procedure

A passes to B1. B1 receives the ball and plays it to C1. C1 dribbles back to the starting point. The next ball is played to B2 and then passed on to C2.

Guidelines:

  • Accuracy over power for passes
  • Play the ball to B1 on the left foot. Receive with the left and turn with the right foot to play to C1
  • Play the ball to B2 on the right foot. Receive with the right and turn with the left foot to subsequently pass to C2 with the left foot
  • Special focus on playing to the correct foot, proper ball reception, and correct turning
  • Players follow their pass and take the next position
  • As progress or depending on the players' abilities: play more powerful passes, faster position changes, players B and C play an additional one-two pass

Tip

Coaching Points
