The corners of the field that the players have to circulate are marked with cones. In addition, another marker cone is placed on both sides of the center line. The players line up one behind the other on the yellow cone or in rows of two.
The players run gradients around the entire square. They start with a sprint to the first cone on the center line (1), they trot the rest of the way back to the starting cone. The second run then goes to the first corner flag (2), the rest of the run is trotted. According to this scheme, it continues until runway 4 (sprint to the second centerline cone, trotting to the starting cone) is completed. The players should always run around the outside of the cones and sprint through to the given sprint mark. During a run (runs 1-4) there is always either trotting or running, but never walking. - Palms are open, do not make fists. - Loose, easy manner, no trampling or pounding => light-footedness. - The arms bent at the body move alternately with the legs. - 6 cones
