Scoring after dribbling with feint

Setup

Construction of a goal, an orientation cone and a starting cone according to the drawing. Players and balls are at the starting cone.

Procedure

The starting player starts dribbling at the highest speed. In front of the cone he makes a feint and shoots immediately on goal. As soon as he finishes, the next player starts.

Tip

When dribbling a tight ball guidience is importaint.(The ball not more than 50 cm from the foot). - Feint approx. 2 meters away from the orientation cone. Try to shot on goal on the height of the cone or directly behind it. - Demand various feints (transfer, pirouette, goal kick, jump finish, etc.) - Make sure that the shot on goal is trained with right and left. - Ensure correct posture during firing (upper body above the ball, support leg about 30-40 cm laterally offset to the ball, foot pointing in the direction of the shot, arms swinging, the arm closest to the firing leg, makes the kicking movement of the leg the other one is led forward, the eye is focused on the ball at the moment of the shot). - Different shooting techniques (inside thrust, stab, twirl, etc.) can be practiced (if required by the trainer). - Immediately after the shot of the active player the next player starts dribbling. - 2 cones, 1 large field goal (s)
