Construction of a goal, an orientation cone and two starting cones (A + B) according to the diagram. The players are distributed evenly on both starting cones, the balls are at the players with the position A.
The player at cone A begins with a flat pass towards the orientation cone. At the moment of his shot, the player B starts to sprint from position B in the direction of the orientation cone and approaches the ball to reach it before passing the cone. The player B walks around the cone, takes the ball in the same turn and then shoots the goal. The players then change their starting position so that they are alternately always once passer and once pass receiver.
- Make sure that the shot on goal is trained with right and left. - Pay attention to correct posture during shooting: Upper body over the ball; Leg about 30-40 cm laterally offset to the ball, foot points in the direction of firing; Arms swing; the arm closest to the firing leg will move the leg out, the other will move forward; the look is focused on the ball at the moment of the shot. - Different shooting techniques (inside kick, thrust, twirl, etc.) can be practiced (if required by the trainer). - In order to avoid delays and too long waiting times, the next opening pass is played immediately after the shot on goal. - Passing players must develop very good timing for the pass speed, as the pass recipient must be able to reach the ball before the cone. The same applies to the pass recipient. He has to adjust his starting time and his speed to the speed of the ball so that he meets the ball before it has passed the cone. - The pass should be played so that the pass recipient can reach it close to the cone. - The ball acceptance and further play should be a fluid movement. Too much rebounding of the ball or deviating from the straight path should be avoided. - Ball acceptance and play should always be done with a contact, the shot on target thus takes place with the second contact. - 3 cones, 1 large field goal (s)
