Construction of two opposing goals and six cones (see drawing). The players are evenly distributed to the four outer starting cones. The balls lie with the players of the group A and B.
Exercise I: A plays a shallow pass on A1. A1 dribbles to the middle cone, runs past it and shoots on goal. At the same time B plays the ball to B1, who then also dribbles to the center cone, runs and then shoots on the goal. First you should twirle with the inside placed in the goal corners, then shot at full time or with an inside kick. Exercise II: Like I, only now a feint is performed before the mid cone. To rehearse the procedures on both feet, players change the sides after 5 minutes (A becomes B / A1 becomes B1). Variation I: Each player has a ball. A and B start simultaneously and meet exactly in the middle. Both players rake in with their left arm and make a full turn (spin). Then you shoot in the running direction. Thereafter, the same procedure at B1 and A1. Variant II: Each player has a ball. The players A and B simultaneously dribble on their cones and fit the ball after 2-3 meters diagonally in the other's way so that it comes to the shot at mid-cone. Then A1 and B1 start with the same exercise. Variation III: Player A plays a double pass with player A1 waiting at the mid cone. Player A then playes from the baseline to the player started in the goal area A1, who is looking for the goal shot. Parallel process at B and B1. Variation IV: A plays the ball to player A1 waiting at the mid cone and runs diagonally towards the goal. Player A1 drops the ball into the path of A, runs short of his own pass and gets a pass from A (towards baseline). Player A1 flanks this ball into the box where player A finishes. Parallel process at B and B1. After each round players A and A1 and B and B1 change positions.
Shot on goal: - Pay attention to correct posture during shooting: upper body over the ball; Leg about 30- 40 cm laterally offset to the ball, foot points in the direction of firing; Arms swing; the arm closest to the firing leg will move the leg out, the other will move forward; the look is focused on the ball at the moment of the shot. - In volley, the upper body should be slightly bent forward and hit the ball at a low point (not too high). This gives the ball more pressure and accuracy. - While playing header the target area is the forehead. The pressure is generated from an arc tension in the upper body (player goes into the hollow cross). Shortly before the player hits the ball, he loosens the tension by jerking his head forward and hitting the ball in front of his body. The arms are moved backwards in angled position during this movement. Fit: - When passing to the bouncer make sure to play on his strong foot. - The ball entrainment and further play should be a fluid movement. Too much rebounding of the ball or deviating from the straight path should be avoided. - If pass in the track, fit the ball so that the receiver can start the following action (for example, flank) as directly as possible. Feint: - Perform feints about 1-2 meters in front of the central cone. Then increase the tempo, graduatly. Dribbling: - The upper body is slightly bent forward at the beginning of the dribble. When stopping and retracting the ball, he straightens up a bit. - When performing a feint the center of gravity shifts, by the typical for feints lateral bends of the upper body, according to the right or left. - Do not go in the supine position. - The arms are angled at the elbow joint and are carried along the side of the body, according to the normal arm movement when walking / running. - Anchle leg during ball entrainment. - The ball is touched only slightly ("gently"). the players must be built up a feeling for the ball. - The view should be released from the ball regularly (changing view towards the ball and forward). - Keep up the pace. - As many ball contacts as possible. - The legs are slightly bent during execution in the knee joint. - Close ball control (Ball should not leave the foot more than 50 cm). Bouncer: - The bouncer makes a short counter-movement as soon as the starting player goes into the hollowing-out movement and then comes to meet the ball briefly. - 6 cones, 2 large field goal (s)
