Construction of two opposing goals as well as two Bouncer cones (see graphic). One player stands at the bouncer cone (A1 + B1), the remaining players are evenly distributed with balls to the two positions next to the goals (A + B).
Player A passes the ball to player A1. At the same time, player B passes the ball to player B1. Player A1 now bounces the ball just like player B1 does. Player B shoots the ball from player A1 on the goal, player A shoots the ball from B1. Then the positions are changed in a clockwise direction: Player A takes the position of the bumper B1, player B1 plays the ball shot by A and starts at group B. In turn, B takes the position of bouncer A1, who in turn picks up B's ball and heads behind Group A.
- Pay attention to correct posture during shooting: Upper body over the ball; Leg about 30-40 cm laterally offset to the ball, foot points in the direction of firing; Arms swing; the arm closest to the firing leg will move the leg out, the other will move forward; the look is focused on the ball at the moment of the shot. - The bouncer makes a short counter-movement as soon as the starting player goes into the hollowing-out movement. - The pass to the bouncer should be played to his strong foot. - As soon as the ball has left the foot, the passer starts to use the ball played back by the bouncer. - The players of the groups A and B must make sure that they always start at the same time to ensure the smooth running of the exercise. - Different shooting techniques (inside kick, thrust, twirl, etc.) can be practiced (if required by the trainer). - 2 cones, 2 large field goal (s)
