Shifting the game, passing in depth and scoring

Setup

• 1 goal with goalkeeper
• 4 players per round
• 9 cones
• One ball per round

Procedure

Player A starts the action with a long pass to player B. At that moment, player A starts in the direction of the cones and goes through them with various coordination tasks.

Player B takes the ball and plays a pass to player C. After the pass, player B immediately starts towards the penalty area.

Player C gives the signal to Player D to start and plays a pass down the run towards the 16.

Player D runs the ball, dribbles to the baseline, and crosses to incoming players A and B.

A and B try to hit the goal directly.

Tip

• Gradually increase the speed of the exercise
• Quality of passports of great importance
• A moves to position D, B moves to position C, C to position B, and D moves to position A
