Setup

  • Cones to mark the field
  • The field is divided longitudinally into 2 halves

Procedure

The game is played 7 vs 7 with a maximum of 3 ball touches.Team Red operates with a back four and two defensive midfielders, as well as a counter-attacking forward. Team Green operates in a free formation. Team Red aims to prevent Team Green from scoring a goal. After a shot on goal, the game restarts with a build-up from Team Green's goal.

Tip

  • Shift towards the ball when it's nearby, secure positions when it's away
  • In the center: Form a defensive triangle
  • When the ball is on the wing: Shift towards the ball, with other players moving to secure positions behind
  • Possible pass to the wing: Shift towards the ball just before the pass or with the pass itself to prevent the gap from being exploited
  • Continuously realign swiftly into formation
