Procedure
The thrower tosses a ball to red player A for a header. Then A passes to the wall player and goes through the hurdle course with skipping or side shuffles. The wall player passes the ball back to A, who shoots on goal, then lines up at the other exercise with the blue group. As soon as the wall player has returned the ball from A, he turns to B, who immediately passes to him and goes through the rings using either skier jumps, single-leg hops, or cross-over steps. B then shoots the wall player's return pass directly on goal and lines up at the other exercise behind the red group.
Tip
- The goal is to train perception, anticipation, reaction, and promote fast, explosive movements and acceleration paired with game-realistic techniques (header, pass, shot on goal). - Pay attention to shot power and accuracy when shooting on goal. - Palms are open — do not make fists. - Light, easy footwork — no stomping or pounding, rather light-footedness. - Fast, short movements. - Short ground contact time. - Sprint: Start in a staggered stance on the balls of the feet. At the beginning, the upper body leans far forward, the centre of gravity is at hip level, the gaze is down. After a powerful push-off from the balls of the feet, the upper body is gradually raised, the gaze lifts, and the stride frequency increases. The arms move actively in opposition to the legs (when the right leg goes forward, the left arm goes forward, and vice versa). After the first 3-4 steps on the balls of the feet, the foot rolls through the whole foot (heel to sole to ball of foot), the upper body is upright and quiet, and the stride frequency increases to maximum. - 4 ring(s), 4 cones, 6 hurdle(s), 2 full-size goal(s)
