Procedure

  1. Dribble to the Marker Cone, then Shoot with the Instep, Indicating the Shooting Foot.
  2. Dribble to the Marker Cone, then Simultaneously Pass Across to a Teammate, Take a Direct Shot or with a Touch.
  3. Dribble to the Marker Cone, then Shoot with the Inside of the Foot, Indicating the Shooting Foot.
  4. Pass from the Opposite Side, Control the Ball, then Shoot with the Inside of the Foot.
